Google AdSense today finally gave answer to publishers’ very common question. Most publishers used to ask AdSense support one common question. As we already know, webmasters also manage friends and others’ websites without profit but they want to earn money from their articles. However, Google AdSense does not divide site revenue into multiple parts just like Google AdSense API program because all ad units’ earnings tracked by the respective publisher’s publisher Id. So, it is not possible to divide ad revenue for multiple publishers. In earlier days, publishers strongly believe that it is not a great idea to place multiple publishers’ ad codes in one website/ web-page mainly due to AdSense program’s strict rules and regulations.

However, Google AdSense program now allows multiple publishers to place their ad units on same webpage or website but publishers have to know few details before going to place their ad codes in website or webpage. Google AdSense clarified their publishers’ doubt by giving exact answer on 30^th July 2008. Here are the complete details for publishers to add their ad codes in same website.

Maximum Allowable Ad Units:

Maximum allowable Ad Units is limitation of this program. At this time, Google AdSense allows publishers to place maximum ads units for every webpage as stated below and publishers should not place ad code in any website more than below stated limit.

Maximum allowable Ad Units Per Page – 3

Maximum allowable Link Units per page – 3

Maximum allowable Referral Units per page – 3

Maximum allowable AdSense search engines – 2

Maximum allowable YouTube Video Ad Units – 1

Google Inc uses very advanced ad technology which never display more than maximum ad units per page. However, it is not a good idea to place ad code more than above stated limit. So, if you are interested to place your ad units in fellow publishers’ websites. Both of you have to place ad units in above stated maximum ad units combination in order to follow AdSense terms and conditions.

Content Quality:

Content Quality is major considerable factor of this publisher program. AdSense technology analyzes their publishers’ content. This program could take proper action on publishers who use others websites’ content (Duplicate Content). So, you must know your friend’s or teammate’s website content quality before going to place your ad code. You can place your ad code without any doubt if your teammate follows AdSense Content Quality guidelines.

Use Allowed Sites feature:
