Google AdSense finally changed their system for Google AdSense Publishers. Google AdSense holds new members earnings’ until they verify their identification to become permanent members. Google AdSense sends a cover with secret number for all new members. This secret number called as Personal Identification Number, simply called as PIN. Google AdSense posts PIN number in enclosed cover to Google AdSense Publishers’ specified address. Google may not issue Personal Identification Number (PIN) number if any member maintains multiple accounts.

Similarly, Google AdSense may also block both accounts. In earlier days, Google issued Personal Identification Number for $50 USD but now Google reduced this limit and set $10 USD as minimum requirement to issue Personal Identification Number. Google AdSense users wait for longer time for PIN number even though they already reached $100 USD minimum payment level in earlier days. Finally, AdSense users expect their payment after two months.

Google AdSense considered this fact and limited holding level to $10 USD. Members can easily verify their membership by entertaining PIN number without their minimum payment time limit. So, now members can expect their money in only one month gap. Remembers one thing in your mind, Google AdSense may not accept your PIN number if you enter your received number wrongly in 3 attempts. Every website must have Description Meta tag in every page to improve the Internet search engine ranking as well as Internet website traffic. In this section, You will see three Crawling speed settings as stated below. You can also see these settings in above figure.

• Faster
• Normal
• Slower

Faster Crawling Speed:

Most of Websites are slower in Internet due to some problems especially crawling errors but Google suggests you to set your site crawling speed to “Faster” to improve to the crawling capacity of your site. Your site performs good role in Internet once you successfully set your site crawling speed as Faster in this area. Google recommends this feature only few sites because this feature puts more load on your server. You can set this feature as faster if your server can handle this much of load. Presently, Google Webmaster Tools members set their sites’ crawling speed to Faster only for 90 days or 3 months. After 90 days, your website crawling rate automatically comes to Normal crawling speed. You have to set your site’s crawling to faster for every 90 days to improve the crawling capacity in Google search engines.

Normal Crawling Speed:

Google may not recommend faster crawling rate to all websites because remaining websites well manage their crawling speed without this feature. So, Google sets your site crawling speed to Normal and this tool does not allow you to set your sites’ crawling speed to Faster. In other words, Faster crawling setting appears only slow crawling sites. You can adjust your sites’ crawling speed to Normal if you don’t want to crawl your website with fast crawling speed. Normal Crawling Speed is recommended crawling speed for all websites and Blog sites. So, you may set crawling speed of your website to either faster or Normal.

Slower Crawling Speed:

Slower Crawling Speed is not recommendable. Google may not crawl your website if set your website crawling speed as Slower. Some of webmasters want to reduce their sites’ crawling speed due to some problems. They can only use this feature and remaining website owners should not choose this crawling speed to improve the crawling capacity in Google search engines.

Every time, I used to check Google Webmaster Tools to check my site statue in Google search engines. Today, I found new errors at Google Webmaster Tools Dashboard Area. Google Webmaster Tools also shows Not Found Errors and i fixed this problem. First time, My sites shows “URLs restricted by robots.txt” errors. Googlebots are unable to crawl some URLs in my site mainly due to Robots.txt restrictions. Some of my site URLs restricted by the my site robots.txt file and Robots.txt intimates Googlebots to ignore these URLs. Googlebots simply ignore these robots.txt restricted URLs but Googlebots alerts Webmaster to fix this problem. I found below statement as stated below when i try to know complete details of this web crawling error.

Google was unable to crawl the URL due to a robots.txt restriction: your robots.txt file might prohibit the Googlebot entirely; it might prohibit access to the directory in which this URL is located; or it might prohibit access to the URL specifically. Often, this is not an error.

Googlebots prohibited Robots.txt restricted URLs from Google search engines. This problem comes several reasons and this error may not be big problem. Every website owner do not worry about these errors to fix this problem. Similarly, These errors do not reduce your site performance and search crawling capacity. Googlebots can easily visit your website without any problem but Googlebots may not index these robots.txt restricted URLs in Google search engines. It is fine and you do not worry about these pages if these URLs are not content pages. Otherwise, you have to investigate exact reasons of this problem to index these restricted content pages.

Google Mail (Gmail) introduced a feature to connect their Gmail accounts to POP Email services such as Outlook or Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird and etc. You can easily read all your emails at your own POP Email account in you computer without visiting Gmail. Google allows you to add your Gmail Account to your POP Email services in few steps. All Gmail users interested to connect their accounts to POP Email services but they don’t know exact process to enable their POP settings in Gmail area. Every time, POP Email services ask you access of Gmail POP server in your Gmail account if you try to connect your Gmail account to POP Email services. Here is the actual process to enable your POP Download settings at your Gmail account area.

Google Mail locates this POP enable setting at “Settings” option as shown in figure. You will find settings options right side of top area. Simply, Settings option is located after your Email address shown at right side top area. You will see different settings of gmail account. Now, You have to visit “Forwarding and POP/IMAP” area to find POP setting area. In this section, You will find three options as stated below and you can see these options in above screen shot.

• Forwarding
• POP Download
• IMAP Access

POP Download:

You have to choose POP Download option to enable POP Settings to connect your Gmail account to your favorite POP Email services; for example Outlook, Apple Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird and etc. Gmail disables POP Download settings as default settings. Now, you have to set POP Download status to enable POP Download settings. In this section, You have to enable anyone below options.

• Enable POP for all mail
• Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on

Enable POP for all mail

You will receive all Emails from starting of your Gmail account. Means, your POP Email service shows all emails including all deleted Emails from starting of your Gmail.

Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on

Choose this option if you don’t want to receive deleted emails from your Gmail account. You will receive your Gmail incoming emails from now onwards.

That’s all but you have click “Save Changes” tab to complete this process. Otherwise, your Gmail account POP Download settings still disabled. Here is simple steps to enable your Gmail Account POP Download settings.

Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP > Enable POP for all Mail (or) Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on > Save Changes

Yahoo! Mail is one of the popular Internet free Email service for all Internet users. Internet users interested to maintain their Email addresses at Gmail and Yahoo! due to most useful features. Yahoo! is very safest free Email service which is suitable for all Internet users. Spam percentage is almost zero in Yahoo! Mail because Yahoo! introduced a feature which blocks Spam Emails or Unwanted Emails from others. This feature is located at Yahoo! Mail Options. Everyone can easily block Spam Emails within few seconds time. I think; Spamming brings more problems and there is no method to stop spam Emails but we can block any spam email in Yahoo! Mail.

Just Visit Your Yahoo! Mail Options area Where you will see list of Yahoo! mail features. Select “Mail” then you will see list of sub-features in Mail option where you will find “Block Addresses” feature. In other words, simply follow below steps in Yahoo! Mail

Options > Mail > Block Addresses

You will see “Block Addresses” area as shown in figure. Presently, Yahoo! allows members to blocks maximum 500 Email addresses. I think; 500 Email Blocking capacity is enough for any Yahoo! user as per my knowledge. Yahoo! strongly believes that 500 Email Addresses blocking capacity is enough for any Yahoo! Email user. Just enter Email address and click “Add Block”. That’s all. You will not receive further email from blocked Email address until you remove blocking. So, be sure before going to add any Email address to this Spam blocking technology. Sometimes, Yahoo! users may accidentally block useful addresses.
